Machine Services & Repairs
Bernina PN proudly offers in house Machine servicing and repairs with a certified Bernina Technician. We service and repair all brands of machines and overlockers, however we can only source manufactured parts for Bernina and Bernette machines.
We strive to have your machines running smoothly and efficiently as quickly as possible. i.e. 2 – 7 days. You are able book your machine in for a same day service, as the workshop is continuously busy, we appreciate at least 2 weeks notice when making a book in.
Proper maintenance and regular servicing of your machine is important, and we recommend that Bernina/Bernette owners regularly clean and oil their machines, approx every 10 hours of stitching.
All new Bernina machines will receive 2 FREE Service checks in the first 24 months of your purchase.
